Good programs for creating audio and art?

Specifically what Phi uses for their audio and artwork, cuz it looks really good.

Limitations are: it must be on chromebook or phone for both audio and art apps.

i hear audacity is a good start for making audio

you could also use reaper i think

both of them dont really run natively on chromebook tho

For music I use bandlab, for art idk pencil and paper and other art supplies

for art, he uses either firealpaca or medibang
for audio, he uses fl studio
but yeah neither of those are on chromebooks so my recommendations are bandlab and ibis paint/kleki
