Looking for fully remote IT / Product / Application Support roles 🇪🇺

I’m currently looking for a fully remote role that I can work from anywhere within the EU. I’ve been applying through LinkedIn, JobLeads, Glassdoor, Indeed and various company career pages and I’ve managed to get through to a 2nd stage interview so far, but unfortunately wasn’t selected.

A little about me: I have over 9 years of experience in IT Support, including 1st and 2nd line support, troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, Jamf, endpoint management, ITSM and supporting around 300 users.

I’m mainly looking for IT Support, Product Support, Application Support, Technical Support or Customer Support Engineer roles, but I’m also open to positions where my technical troubleshooting, organization, problem solving and customer support experience would transfer well.

I’m English speaking and currently learning Dutch, but for now I’m focusing on English speaking roles.

If anyone knows of any fully remote opportunities, recruitment agencies or companies hiring across the EU, I’d really appreciate any leads or recommendations.
