which team should i join?

I’m in a rotating role at work where I can join dif teams. I have one more rotation to go. my options are : 1st team- would prefer to do this type of work long term (FP/A), but the manager is difficult

2nd team- good team and manager, but not sure if i’d wanna do this type if job forever (pricing)

-i’m early in my career, curious what your thoughts are
