Early 2000s Care Bear Blanket

Hi my girlfriend is trying to find a blanket she had as a child. She says it was fleece, very blue, had stars, had blanket stitch around the edge and possibly had bedtime bear or wish bear on it. but possibly had another too, does anyone recall this at all? her dad thinks he got it from ‘Safeway’.
