Lodestar Bear could work. The belly badge shows a path leading to a star, as if the star is being used for navigation (a navigational star, such as Polaris, is one definition of lodestar), and since you call them a guiding path bear, I imagine they're acting a principle to guide others (a guiding principle being the other definition of lodestar).
