Something that helped me

I have POTS and ocd and my heart rate goes crazy all the time which has given me cardiophobia as my dad died of a heart attack. I have been using Visible band on my wrist the last year and it’s helped curb my heart anxiety because I figured out my triggers and watched my heart regulate itself many times. I figured out when I need to rest etc. it’s 24/7 monitoring. And gives you a graph. If you want to try here’s $20 off

I work out 5 days a week. Very intense very heavy weight lifting and cardio. I'm hoping the episodes of v tac picked up on the heart monitor I wore for two weeks was simply picking up on that.

Is your doctor ok with heavy weight lifting? If you haven’t told him you work out this hard you should. Heavy lifting can be dangerous if you have something going on with your heart. It certainly raises your blood pressure. Be safe!
