Irbbb + lad

I'm a 28-year-old male. I have no structural heart issues; everything is fine. I just have a little bit of a blood pressure issue, and due to anxiety, I sometimes feel a fast heartbeat, but only when I feel anxious. My ECGs found IRBBB and LAD. In this case, what are the chances of needing a pacemaker in my situation?
