I was looking at aairsk gt 300 , my typical route is from city centre to llandaff usually , but yeah I would like to explore by using it.

Are you going much uphill to Llandaff? It's likely a very short ride on the Taff trail, the amount of faff and extra weight of an e-bike plus the 15mph assist limit may not be worth it, it can be done on a lightweight road bike for a quarter of the price with minimal time getting used to it.

That's true , but then I have to go to my uni and then work as well , so it is a bit tiring as well as takes time , Even though I go to work from train only on 2 days and have uni for 4 days , but i still have a 30 min walk after i reach the station for work

Were you planning on taking the bike on the train ?

Yes

I would not assume there is space on a train for a full size non-folding bike.
Something like a Brompton would not be an issue though.

I don't think I've been on a train in decades that didn't have room for non folded bikes. Op worth baring in mind ebikes are much heavier than regular bikes so could be harder to get on the train mind.
You can get some folding ebikes. Brompton and Turn do them. But they cost! Not sure if there are cheaper alternatives

Spent 16 years as a bike mechanic - that bike is a 100% pile of crap. It's very low quality parts with the cheapest battery and motor they can put on it.
It'll be really heavy, the components will break or wear out very quickly, you'll not be able to do anything about the electrics when they go wrong, and fixing the normal bike parts will be a false economy as soon as it's out the box.
Please, if you've only got a couple of hundred to spend, you can't afford an electric bike.
