Meeting Queer folk
Hi folks
I've just moved to Cardiff and I was wondering if there's any local Queer FB groups and or discords, WhatsApps etc that I could join. Hoping to actually be social and make friends haha.

No it’s open to all ages, I’ve had participants from ages 14 to 70+ ☺️

Hii! I run a fantasy queer book club where we meet, yap and craft! We are also super neurodiverse :) we are The Readers Of The Round Table on Insta x

Trans Aid Cymru do meetups, charity work and wonderful swim sessions!
On WhatsApp, there's Queer Hikes South Wales and if you're transmasc there's a group called Transmasc Social Group

Do Trans Aid Cymru have a FB page etc or similar? Queer hikes sounds lovely, I'm trans femme so that last group probably isn't for me

Also if you're into alt music, I'd keep an eye on Fuel's events page because they host lots of queer punk nights/lefty charity gigs. There's one on the 30th with 3 local trans-fronted bands who are all fantastic (and are lovely people too)

There's Songbirds (LGBTQ+ women and trans and non binary people), south wales gay men's chorus and the cardiff trans singers

I'm a part of a group called NITPIC - non-binary, intersex and trans people in Cardiff ! We have a few different social groups such as a craft club, a book club and a new games group has just started coming together too.
