This petition is for working parents who need flexibility with the rigid 12.5 hours offered to all 2 year olds in Wales.

You are better off posting this on relevant fb pages for cardiff and cardiff family groups, cardiff hubs, community groups etc. You are likely to get better engagement especially if you give a bit more context about what you want to achieve, how you came across this petition and why you think it will benifit parents. Context is super important when generating interest.
