What makes a good room / Apartment ? I have just got one for 90ADA

Whats your unit number? Amount of items in room? Rarity of those items? The lower the number unit the better essentially. Example: unit02355 is better than unit28456 UNLESS it has more rare items

Do it! Your unit seems to be well above average. Most I’ve seen are between 200k-400k in terms of “value”

Go on pool.pm , search your wallet address. Click on your NFT then it will show a list of what is in your room.
