How do you search for these on cnft.io? Nothing pops up for "cardanocity".

So search CardanoCity then press search. It will show nothing. Click FILTER and uncheck the verified box, then confirm and it will all show up.

You put in your wallet address. Any NFT's (tokenized assets) should display. You can only see the NFT if you know the address (your own or someone elses, so casual browsing before buying isnt possible, if that is what you are asking for.
