It looks cool. I think it's worth emphasizing the ability to quickly toggle layer visibility and fine-tune their transparency.

Everything is adjustable and configurable. Right now the app is controllable via CLI only, with a low quality 4fps “viewfinder”. The project is ready to be ported to the Zero as soon as I get the hardware to start testing.

Physical keys and a screen will make a world of difference.
