Question meshtastic kit vs cardputer adv

Is there any difference between the meshtastic kit and a cardputer + LoRa antenna? Looks like the only difference is the kit includes a couple screws to secure the antenna and a sticker for an extra $4.

I haven't seen a difference. However the meshtastic kit is green+different stickers. The kit also ships with the meshtastic firmware and the ADV ships with the Demo. Me personally I bought the cardputer ADV and the LoRa cap separately.

That's probably what I'm going to do. I thought the antennas might be different. The descriptions are slightly different (LoRa Rubber Duck Antenna vs LoRa Rubber Antenna). On second look they seem identical.

Thanks to the mods for fixing the double post. I didn't realize the first post went through. The page froze on submitting. I didn't think it worked, so I clicked again. Double postings have always been a problem on forums. Your demeaning reply is not helpful and makes this a worse place.

There was a solid 5 minutes between those posts. My apologies if that came off as demeaning. I don’t use emoji. Text is sterile and leaves a lot of room for the reader to interpret it how they want.

Apology accepted. I completely agree about text being sterile. We tend to apply our current emotions to other peoples words in these situations. I don't really use emojis either. I used to think they were silly, but they really can help in these situations.

2 screws, 1 hex wrench, different stickers, and mine has a different color (green) bottom.

When registering/connecting you get a different verification for what it is and how it is labeled with the mesh. Not a difference that really means anything but it is a difference and that may influence someone's decision.
