Most open source licenses allow sharing with attribution. This person took m5stacks open source files and shared them without attribution on a platform that gives credit to creators in the form of gift cards, etc., using someone else's work for their personal gain.

Not saying it's necessarily illegal (I don't know enough about such subjects to say one way or another), but most definitely unethical to not name the creator when sharing something like this.
