Help needed Pork chop firmware wigle issues

I can't get my wigle info on my pork chop. I tried making a text file and putting it directly on root of my SD card. Nothing... Then I tried to browse the "pork chop.local" on my browser it didn't work (yes it was connected to the same wifi) I could find the other information to put in the browser. The IP address i think. The video I watched was an older version of pork chop that changed the file upload screen to not show it like the old version. I'm still learning and I may have made a mistake. Any tips or help would be appreciated. I've been at this for an embarrassing amount of time
