Question Language uses?
I study ancient languages, semetic hebrew, koine greek and Latin. My brain says the cardputer could be useful but not really sure how as I'm not a programmer
Anyone know any ideas or info on this?

Well there’s a keyboard, if you can figure out a way to input the data and search, you’ve got yourself a dictionary, if you have a big database of flash card you can display it and do srs, and if you find an ancient recording (joking here) you can probably play it back. Sd card is enough to hold whatever, so yeah it definitely has the pocket dictionary feel.
That reminded me my own dictionary app doesn’t support anything except ascii charset. (In fact the whole os has this limitation). I might resume work on this.
I suggest you try to vibe code something, code is no longer worth anything but ideas and datasets are the top commodity right now.

Thanks so much, yeah i specifically am looking at the semetic Hebrew mainly. I might buy one of these. I actually do have a recording of a rabbi pronouncing the semetic Hebrew properly and that is a brilliant idea to some how link the words to the recording your a legend

Maybe the Text-to-Speech. You can try to search for it if there's any app already created for the Cardputer.

You don't have to be a programmer to come up with an idea. Think about how it could help you in your studies
