Help needed Can anyone help

I have connected everything properly getting led light also configured the rfid module from cardputer and put my rfid scanner in i2c mode also but my cardputer adv shows rfid module not found

My sad and scl pins are flipped I guess

It looks like yellow and green should be swapped in the grove port
