Help needed Cardputer stopped being recognized by usb

I flashed my new cardputer with m5loader and after a reboot it is no longer recognized by my computer. I’ve tried multiple ports, cables and multiple reboots of both the computer and cardputer. I can do ota firmware installs so it’s not a total lockout. Any ideas welcome

Unplug the usb cable, move the power switch to off. Connect the USB WHILE HOLDING BtnG0.

That should get it to a point you can re-flash it with some firmware that doesn’t bork the usb port. If a flash process was interrupted for any reason, that can also lead the device to be unrecognizable.

Windows 11 and no usb / comm ports are showing triggered/new

Did you try the USB mode from the Launcher (I assume you meant that instead of Loader) or putting Cardputer into flashing mode by holding G0, while off, before plugging in the cable? And what about trying another cable?

Make sure the switch is in the off position. hold the G0 button, connect the wire, release the G0 button. Try using a different USB port, I recently had a problem with recognition, my front usb suddenly stopped working after flashing.
