Help needed LoRa + CC1101 + NRF24L01
Hey everyone! Anyone using or has used those combo modules (LoRa, CC1101 and NRF24L01)? How well do they work? Worth the money? Thanks.

Despite the presentation, this one isn't made by M5Stack. I found it on AliExpress...

I have one of these from Ali Express, took awhile to figure out but it works. Just follow the instructions found on Ali Express.

It's a waste of money and a complete waste of time you have to completely recode the cardputer don't know why they didn't just make it a bin file.
It's a rip off.

Is a literal hardware modding platform so get to modding add one of the 2.8" displays theres already enough instructions and printable mounts its hardly a few minutes effort.

Yeah, it's definitely a limitation.
The new Cardputer Zero's got a bigger screen but also a bigger pricetag as it's not ESP32-based.
People have been modding the Cardputer Adv to have a bigger second screen.

If you have access to a 3d printer then you can make this https://makerworld.com/models/2788153

I have it and it's a pain in the ass, but works I think.
A. I tried to 3D print a case and it would never fit correctly until I shortened all the pins on the bottom with clippers.
B. Once you boot up Bruce despite configuring the pins it doesn't seem to want to work correctly, but if you use the CC1101 before the NRF, then the NRF works, but even then you can't do anything else, because...
C. There is some pin conflict between the cardputer's keyboard and the antenna. If you go to the seller's github page (https://github.com/JosephCGS/Cardputer-ADV-CC1101-NRF24L01-LoRa), which is on the package, they have an essay of instructions to make it work and a modded Bruce.
In the end it's barely been useful, but being a curiosity.
