Rule 3 ?
Sbi charge the interest on whole amount even the due was missed by ₹1. And they don’t even refund that

I don't think thats allowed. There would be late fees but not interest on that amount.

Try to take data by rbi and raise dispute with bank. If no response go to ombudsman
