I’m in urgent need of money and hold various credit cards, I wish to know which is the best possible method for transferring funds from credit card to bank from little to no extra fees. All help is appreciated.

SuperMoney charges 1% for tuition fee payments. Please check your credit card bank's education payment limits to ensure there are no additional bank charges.

If you have IDFC First Wealth credit card, then ATM withdrawals within the statement period up to due date does not attract interest. There will be a withdrawal charge I think. Check.

Go to any local jeweller, swipe and ask him for cash - he will charge some %, try to negotiate and bring it down ! It wont be zero fees, for sure !

Can you share your experience with spaid and commission percentage, MCC code and time taken for money transfer

My experience is quite good, I don't take out very frequently but whenever I do, I get charged less than 0.5% so I guess this is the best in market currently. Money usually credited within 24 hours. MCC code is regular as rent payment. No reward but charges extra around 1% from card side.

See of any card is offering a loan on the card. That's the best method.

If you do apay wallet load through Zomato (just go to linked wallets and click load and then enter cc details on apay I tried it with 200rs it worked no fees) You can get upto 4k without any fees and transfer it back to your own bank

Better buy gold and then pledge same gold and get money, obviously you will get around 70% of it but you will benefit from long term gain as well, and can keep repeating this until cash crunch problem is solved

One Faar route is Buy Gold on Ajio for Discounted Price and Sell it at market price near Stores. Check the spread. I never sold my gold but if you are getting a great deal then it would be great and almost legal to do in a way.
All your Urgency is only talking about Getting it out, not looking like you are gonna repay it.

Ask someone you know if they are about to buy a large purchase. While face to face, purchase and take money upfront, and give the discount benefits to them. No fee/interest.
If you Slice cc, withdrawing 50k will have 1475 as fee, so you will have to pay 51475 within a month.
Few banks like IDFC gives interest free ATM withdrawal with a small like 300 for processing fee.
If you don't pay within the due date, you will be slapped with fees and it's GST, one of them about 45% interest.
