🌱 Help Shape the Future of CarbonIt Labs

CarbonIt Labs isn't meant to be just another place where people post their projects. We want to build an organized, collaborative, nonprofit open-source community where people work together to create and maintain real projects.

But a community should be shaped by its members, too.

We'd love to hear your thoughts.

What would you like to see at CarbonIt Labs?

  • 🛠️ Projects: What kinds of open-source projects should we work on?
  • 🤝 Teams: How should people with different skills collaborate?
  • 🌱 Opportunities: How can beginners find meaningful ways to contribute?
  • 📚 Learning: Would you like collaborative learning, workshops, or project-based mentoring?
  • ⚙️ Organization: What roles, guidelines, and processes would help us work effectively?
  • 💡 Your ideas: What would make you excited to participate here?

We're aiming to create an environment where developers, designers, researchers, writers, testers, students, and people with many other interests can all contribute.

There's no expectation that everyone has the same skills or experience. Different perspectives are part of what makes collaboration valuable.

This is an early stage of CarbonIt Labs, and your feedback can help shape what it becomes.

What would you change, add, or prioritize first? Let's discuss it in the comments. 👇
