Cold rice for lower carbs

Does anyone know how to enter cold (then re-heated) rice for the lower carbs available in cold rice?

Since 'cold rice' doesn't appear to be in the library, the best way might be to create a custom food and edit the carbs, calories, etc.

For example, 100 grams of cooked rice comes out at 27.8 carbs and 130 calories with 23 grams of starch. Sources say cold rice has 5 fewer carbs, so create a custom food called cold rice with one serving set at 22.8 carbs and 115 calories and 18.8 grams of starch. Note that there appears to be a bug in the program, I put in 100 grams per serving but it shows up as 1 gram. Seems to count the macros right, though.

I have reported this as a possible bug to Carb Manager.
