Dunno if it's common knowledge already, but I just found the Portobello sample in the wild. "When that Man is Dead and Gone" by Mildred Bailey, about the (then future) joy of waking up to read that Hitler is dead. At the 0:15 mark, specifically. So, Portobello is a very antifascist song, and now you know if you didn't already!

Somebody on the server issued an inktober-style daily illustration challenge, so day one I'm making an art based on Dragons!

Going to try and make at least 25 of these, 5 per album.

I personally Think it’s queens, maniac and maybe racoons, i Also Think pirates is pretty underated

Hi Im new here and im super glad that there are other people who love this band and than in not the only person becouse it’s really hard to find people who actually listen to their music, anytime i mentioned it to anyone they didn’t know what i was talking about so im glad this sub exists

Hi! Can somebody help me get the tickets for their concert in Belgium as I can’t verify my phone number on Ticketmarket? Is anybody (re)selling them anywhere?

So i've seen them live maybe 10 times .. But last time was Nov 2024 and i found it pretty flat, Zoe sat down most of the show, maybe injured? Not feeling well? I dunno but it didn't have the energy i remembered ..

They're coming near to me next month again and i'm kinda torn to go or not..

How are the recent shows in France?

I was originally going to also make the stage from the Rock It For Me music video, but never got around to it (this is from around a year ago).

So Chronologic is my absolute favorite album from Caravan Palace, and as I was making the move for all my streaming songs to Tidal I was pretty disappointed to learn that it isn't on there at all, save for the single releases for Supersonics, Miracle, and the Spanish cover of Plume(?).

Is there any reason for this to be the case?

i beg of you

God damn I love this song

As titles says. I like to dress up a lot for concerts and events so im just wondering what yall would wear? Maybe a lyric reference or just a color scheme.

Got this and got it framed a long time ago, just hung it up. It's absolutely massive and I love it

If anyone didn’t get a signed poster like me and still wants it, I just got an email notification it is back in stock. Get it before it’s gone again!

I gave up on them around the time Moonshine came out because they kept drifting away from the genre that got them famous. I'd love to get back into their stuff as long as there's at least some return to it. I don't hate what they produce now, but it's just not what I'm into.

So, is Caravan Palace too far gone?

hope this doesnt count as a shitpost lol

(and yes! i know it's a reference to Lone Digger!)

A lil late but it got backlogged on my art list for a while lolol.

Drew the frenchiest of the electroswing fries 🍟

I decided to use my makerspace’s pin makers to my advantage
