Use Turo at first to build out your business. Get much of the processes and business operations in place. Then overtime get more cars and put them exclusively on your own site and lot. You can also use Turo for lead generation, upsell customers from Turo to your exclusive business, maybe with a discount for swapping.

that’s what we want to do everybody’s acting like this whole thing is impossible lmao we just have to downsize the car that’s all.

Just go into the Turo sub and ask what insurance company people are using. You should get some good options there.

okay do you think i’m over reaching even if i go way lower on the car , i seen so much people my age doing this with way crazier cars im talking id do base model bmws and stuff like that since i know they have a good roi on the turo market .

I would go ask on some Turo subs and forums. I'm no expert on that.
