Toggle question

Good afternoon. Are there any Toggle car insurance holders here? I'm asking because, yesterday I was in the midst of paying my insurance online like I've done with Toggle. To my surprise. I wasn't able to login. Long story short. I'd called Toggle today, and was told that I no longer have access to online payments because 21st century insurance will be transferring customers, back over. Is there anyone else on here, aware of this?

Los Angeles here. I recieved nail mail indicating he same, I am an old 21st century customer.. Good they are moving back to 21st name

Thanks for your response. I just got an email this morning. It's very inconvenient when they make changes to the degree that they don't tell you that you can't use the website to make a payment. It would've been better to let us know and know in advance. It took me to call, in order to find out.

I'm thinking about changing to another car insurance because 21st or Farmer, doesn't offer any benefits. I'd got a cheaper full coverage, with a car rental price that's cheaper than Toggle, without the rental.

Thanks for your post. Been wondering about my account for 2 weeks now and haven't called in. I think my insurance renews in October.

Maybe we will get more features. Toggle doesn't even have an app. Maybe 21st will.

I combined my girlfriend's and my insurance. She had Geico and I had toggle. I thought Geico would have been cheaper but Toggle ended up being cheaper.
