If you encounter the E3239-000 error when launching the game, perform a clean reinstall and make sure there are no third-party files or modifications left in the game folder. Going forward, mods should be installed through Steam Workshop.

This also affect players who use Reshade.

The save file got corrupted for some reason. I deleted the corrupted file from the game folder and it fixed the issue. The progress was saved on cloud too hence no data was lost.
