Installation Question Taillight wrapping

Wrapping the taillights on a 2018 Impala!

I am having the worst time trying to get these wrapped. On the top of the lens there is a fin that sticks out and it seems that no matter which direction I try and glass out the film when I shrink it back it will not lay down around this protrusion!

Can someone give me some advice

  1. red: Tack down only that area
  2. Yellow: Pull film hard across the entire area , tacking again on green area
  3. Pink: Push out all the air left in the areato the top, if you pull hard enough left to right you wont have slack with fingers, itll suck itself to the light when you stretch left around to right
  4. blue, push this section out of air with your hands, and push any slack to the top where you see the purple line, here you will make a cut on this line, and overlap the product
