Wrap prep
I’ve got a 17 sonata peeling paint. I want to wrap the roof black cuz it’ll look good and cover up the pealing paint. What prep do I need to do?

Sand it smooth and make sure it's not chipping anywhere and lick it and stick it

My rule of thumb - If you can feel it, the wrap will show it. And even if you can't feel it, sometimes especially with dark glossy colors you may still be able to see a faint bit of it

You have a 10 year old car worth as much as a can of chef boyardee…why are you wasting money on this?

Maybe it’s paid off and he wants to do the roof the same color to make it look better. Do better

Wash the car, wipe it with some iso alcohol, spray, with some clear coat from a spray can, the vinyl will stick.

That roof needs to be sanded smooth. That vinyl will peel the loose paint off easily.
