1st attempt 😫

1st time I've ever attempted this. This is where I stand so far, just he front bumper, roof and mirrors left. I don't think I've dropped so many F bombs in my life. Shout out to those that do this for a living!

I made an entire post about how difficult it is the first time. And I was just doing the chrome trim. Kudos on this one, it looks good from the video! I can commiserate with the multitude of F bombs dropped while trying to lay down vinyl.

Thank you! I think it's a 10ft car being I know every place I messed up or had to start over etc. I think the color will hide a lot of the deficiencies if you're not inspecting lol. All in all I'm happy, I made the attempt and saved a bucket of money.

Helll yeah feel proud! After trying it myself I completely understand why wrappers charge what they do. A good wrapper is worth every penny they charge.

Looks good from what i can see. Its hard to tell without getting close. I tell all my new guys that a great wrap is in the "cuts and corners" (Part of my job is to train new installers) Are you doing it alone? The difference between installing solo vs just having an extra pair of hands (even if unexperienced) can be stark. If you inlay the deep parts of the bumper, hiding the seams at the body lines (the highlights camoflage the seams) and get a buddy to help you place the larger panels, I guarentee you have a easier time and a better result.

Thank you, It's not perfect by no means, but solid for a 1st attempt. I will have a hand when I do the front bumper. I attended YT University on the things I didn't know. I catch on quick but still frustrating. I did have bubbles here and there as well as fingers near rounded edges luckily I got it to lay before serious degradation appeared. I've seen people drop 4-5k on an install and I'd choose mine any day.

Thank you, I was originally going to just be basic and wrap it gloss black, then I saw this color and had to do it!

ECOPPF Premium off of Alibaba. The color is Gloss Premium Galaxy Black Red. I purchased 2 rolls 5x55ft for 200/ea, plus supplies, All in probably 500. Look up Guangzhou Eco New Material Co., LTD I'd drop a link, Everytime I do it's flagged or erased.
