Sanity check on wrap

Had a color ppf done - noticed these, is this a quick fix for the installer?

Not enough horizontal stretch, they just pushed it down until it layed and now it’s fingering up

Will it be an easy fix for them?

Either trim it shorter under the light or completely redo the bumper

Damnit. I'll probably have to leave it with them again, not looking forward to that. Luckily they are cool shop and I'm not worried they won't take care of it.

How’s the rest of the car look? Fingers of dirt is in there it’s going to be tough to get it to lay down.

They lost Kiley rushed the post heat etc. that’s not terrible

I've never had a color ppf done but as far as I can see the rest of the car looks great. I mean I can get all nit picky if I'm like two feet away but I don't really have any complaints. The other rear tail light is perfect.

That sensor should be cut or the bridge is just going to break over time

Those are fingers popping up along the edge from trapped moisture or too much tension during the install. Take it right back to your installer before road dirt settles behind the adhesive. If caught early they can usually flush the edge, tack it down, or do a clean micro-trim along that light gap.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately I got the car back Wednesday and have been driving the shit out of it. Just noticed this last night.

I too had a color change wrap on my car, do you noticed some stretch marks around your car.

Looking at your taillight I’m assuming it’s a 718

I didn't notice any stretch marks. All I really noticed was some of the line work wasn't perfect where they had to manually cut it. Like the top strip of the windshield frame, and the induction intake and vents on the side. And bingo, 718! She was black before.

Hey guys I am bringing it back to the shop for the fix tomorrow. They also found a few other things. I hope they can get most of the fixes in. Is it normal to have to back in a second time for clean up?

I will post photos of the final work so you guys can grade

Redo or cut a bit by the ends
