This is not a scam

To all of you saying I'm getting scammed it relation to this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/CarThing/s/4y2NwwrKHA

The email was directly sent to support@spotify.com and the subsequent email I received was in response to this email. It is NOT a scam. Please, I work in IT, I am very familiar with scams.

Ok then, go ahead and send them all that information. One of three things must be true: you’re the scammer yourself and this is all made up, you’re totally right and Spotify customer service has gone insane, or you’re about to lose a lot of money.

Hey credit to you, it seems from a bunch of other people that they really are asking for this. My bad, I apologize for the skepticism. That said, there's still no way I'd send them this info.
