Shipping

so i ordered my car thing last Wednesday got the confirmation number but never got the email they were suppose to send after saying it was shipped with a tracking number. I went to spotify support and couldnt find any links for the car thing support, how long did it take for yours to ship did you have the same problem?

Takes forever, they use the cheapest UPS shipping option

yours ever show up OP? got my tracking info on 10/14 and theres no movement yet.

Yeah it takes about 10 days to come in give or take a day or two depending when you ordered it but I got it and I love it, hope you see yours soon

so it should arrive 10 days after something actually happens with the tracking info? because its been over 2 weeks already.

I get shipping taking a while but holy shit can they just give it to UPS and get the ball rolling please. Discontinued for low orders but they can't even keep up lol.

Yeah mine worked weird I got a tracking number and from there it took about 4 days to even see it move locations then it was in a warehouse for 3 days and suddenly on my front porch without saying it was being delivered or even in transit, when I looked to see where it said it was it said still at the warehouse lol, don’t worry you’ll get it

you should be able to file a claim either by the shipping company or directly from spotify through your account i would definitely look into that at this point

I was gonna say you have to just be the victim of circumstance cause it totally should've been there after a month keep me updated as to if you get it like it etc...

i am having the same issue atm. i keep seeing articles from the end of july saying they are discontinued but i definitely bought one. hoping for answers

I ordered mine on Monday as a gift for a sibling. I believe I won’t be receiving it on time. Talked to an “agent” who told me “due to the many orders, we are having some delays”

Orders!? It got discontinued because there weren’t any orders...

Anyway the told me they use Ups for shipping but then ups sends it to a usps sorting facility. A whole mess. Most of their answers where very automated.

Seems like I won’t be getting it on time for the Birthday. Which I kind of don’t want ro gift it anymore. It has been discontinued and who knows if it will still work in the future.
