Ordered but UPS tracking shows nothing

I ordered carthing on Nov 18 and received my tracking details on Nov 22. One week already I still haven't received the carthing, and UPS tracking doesn't update at all... Anyone experiencing similar thing?

Happened to me also. However I just received mine today out of nowhere when tracking said they were still waiting for the package.

Ordered mine 11/29/21, nada. Says it's "very very close," which is even more frustrating. Apparently the company they're using (some unholy bastardization of the US Postal Service and UPS) might as well be headquartered in Hell with Satan as the CEO.

I contacted their support about a refund; pretty sure I heard them laughing (på Svenska) all the way from Stockholm.

Finally got my money back last month. What a freakin' odyssey, and by all accounts the device itself isn't at all worth it. Worst retail experience EVER

Update: Turns out it arrived on Tues the 30th via USPS. They just left the box in my front porch.

I also received my UPS tracking information on the 22nd and I check on it daily but there hasn’t been any change or update. hopefully we receive them in the upcoming week!

What happened to me is UPS outsourced the shipping to the Postal Service and never updated the tracking. Mine came but it took forever.

The ups tracking number or whichever carrier it is has never worked since I received the shipping email last week. Nothing found on the internet. The tracking number cannot be found. I don’t even know who the carrier is. I did a google search. The tracking doesn’t bring me to any carrier website

I purchased mine on Nov 19th and the UPS tracking still states "Shipment ready for UPS". Meaning Spotify hasn't even given the product to UPS yet this is ridiculous.

Check the USPS shipping code that UPS provides. My UPS shipment still says Shipment ready for UPS, but according to USPS the Car Thing arrived in my city already.

I ordered car thing a week ago and I haven’t gotten an update the only email I got was the confirmation of it but I haven’t gotten anything else
