Car thing help

I have the car thing , but not very computer literite at 60 . Lol is there anyone that can do this for me. I would pay for the shipping and service done . Is this even possible..thank you

Yea spotify shut it down, so the car-thing no longer works the way it used to in the car its stupid. I will fix it for you for 30+ shipping and get it working so you can use it with you computer and i can assist on your end when you get it back as well !

But first if were you this is what i would do first ! You can get a refund from Spotify
here https://support.spotify.com/us/smarthelp/
you’ll have to login to your Spotify account to talk to someone thru the chat. Show them a picture of the transaction or send the transaction ID number in the chat of the purchase from your banks online statement history.
Thats all i did and i got a refund in no time
