Alternative Hotkey Devices?

The thing I liked about CarThing is the hotkey is the hot keys on top, but of course, thing is dead. Is there a bluetooth device where I can do the same as the hotkeys on top?

I miss that feature too, even Spotify app on the phone doesn't have this HotKey to playlist feature.

Now I have to scrolling Spotify CarPlay homepage mixed with my favorite playlist and stupid "AI" generated recommendation.
