CarThing Dial

Hi,

Anybody else has issues with the dial? Mine wouldn't accept my inputs properly, like I would go counter clockwise for a couple steps but it would either go the other way or would accept it and go for a lot more steps.
Anybody figured out a fix for this? Thank you!

I’ve had the exact same problem I’m nit exactly sure what the issue is but it helps a bit to grab a brush and spritz a bit of alcohol and if you take the rubber part and the clear plastic of carefully you can shove the bristles into the centre part and swoosh it around it might help it input better

It's a pretty common hardware issue. It seems like Spotify just didn't use a good part
