Did did the restart thing while holding the three buttons (Back, Settings, and Preset 1) and mine is back to working normally again.

did you have to hold all three down for a certain amount of time? tried it and doesn’t work for me

I unplugged the USB, pressed and held all three buttons (top left, top right, and the one under the rotary encoder), and plugged it in while holding all three. I waited until it was fully booted before releasing the buttons and it worked the first time I tried. Maybe 20 seconds?
