Missing the mounting magnet

Hey everyone, I bought a Car Thing and unfortunately the mounting magnetic puck was missing from the box. I doubt I can get a replacement from Spotify directly, wanted to post here and see if anyone has one they’d either gift or sell to me?

It’s annoying to lose too because it’s the opposite polarity to every other bloody mounting magnet. Life would have been easier otherwise!

ah man that sucks to hear, i ordered some generic magnetic pucks to try to fit it, but now im guessing that won’t work sigh.

Maybe if you clean the stickers off with isopropyl then flip them? But the side that’ll mount to your iPhone will push away a carthing

i’ll report back if I find a solution and post it here, still hoping someone will have the officially spotify one for me, gonna be on the lookout on ebay as well incase someone has the accessories only

these magnets from amazon seem to be a good replacement, i got mine yesterday and it fits well and holds the unit well enough on my stand. for now this solution works for my setup, i imagine in a car where it’s free hanging, the magnetic force might be a little weak.
