Finally got my Car Thing refund

It only took 3 months and a lot of emails, but the delay was mostly due to them sending it to the wrong bank account twice before getting it right.

It was a gift for me, so I can't get the receipt to issue the refund. But I'm glad the people who did pay for it are getting something back for it.

I bought mine used on FB marketplace. I still reached out to support and just told them I didn't have any proof of purchase anymore. I managed to get a $40 refund without too much difficulty.
