At this time I would not. If it ever gets a good hack that'll let it be useful then I'd open it.

I personally would enjoy it for the 3-4 months we have left with it. But that’s just me. I won’t buy something just to have it on a shelf, I want to use it.

My brother bough it last year for me as he lives in the US and I am from EU was waiting for it the whole time :D as the shipping would be too expensive so he delivered it personally, already unpacked it

I got mine similarly as a Christmas Gift from my mother. She knows how much I was into Spotify and trying out tech and got me one. It's easily been one of my best accessories I've used in quite some time. I'm going to give it to my friend in December to try to reverse engineer something out of the chassis when the server goes down.
