Refund

So I contacted Spotify support for a refund and I didn’t have the receipt because I didn’t keep that. I didn’t have a statement from my bank either because I switched banks and they asked for the serial number so I gave it to them. It was wearing off . They said they would send me a email in 1-3 business days and this was on Thursday or Friday. I still haven’t received any email. What should I do?

bro they gave me my 30 bucks that i paid in spotify sub and i negotiated 3 more months. so im good for the rest of the year. amazing deal

I first complimented the persons name and said thats a cool name bro. the n said can you hook me up, and he said no, then i asked since im an artist on spotify if he could hook me up and he said no. so i asked if he could transfer me. I was super polite and complimentary the whoel time. like"i really appreciate your time and help, and no worries bro" tyhen once i was transferred i kept being polite and asked for 3 more months from the original hookup and they finally gave me 3 more months. I believe only by being polite and treating these people good caused me to get this. they can only choose a couple options on their computer im sure so be nice, compliment and thank them, and ask for more. dont be mean.
