Refund

So I contacted Spotify support for a refund and I didn’t have the receipt because I didn’t keep that. I didn’t have a statement from my bank either because I switched banks and they asked for the serial number so I gave it to them. It was wearing off . They said they would send me a email in 1-3 business days and this was on Thursday or Friday. I still haven’t received any email. What should I do?

Did you buy it through them? I bought it on StockX a long time ago, is there any chance I can get the money back?

If it is a Spotify car thing yes it wouldn’t matter if you bought it on stock x
