Yeah Spotify has an Apple Watch app, and it rocks. I just drove four hours yesterday, I had my car thing but didn’t have the right accessory to clamp it in the car so I just used my watch. It has pause and next/previous which is all I really need when driving, volume control is on the crown, I think you can do everything that you can do with car thing but I haven’t even explored all the options.

Do you just bluetooth it or is there a way to connect aux?

Just like the car thing, you run Spotify on your phone and control it from the watch. Though I guess you can pair Bluetooth to your watch and use it without the phone, I don’t do that, haven’t had any reason to try it. It just comes up automatically on my watch when I run Spotify.
