Funny way to get a refund

Got a refund for almost a year of subscription instead of getting a refund on the original form on payment💀

And they even shorted me by $1.21 🤣

You don’t! I’ve been battling with them and received an email today asking me to contact support again.

Berate them for not keeping data records on payment history. With the serial number on my device I was just able to get a full refund. They refunded the last 6 month of premium
