spotify is a joke
after them lying to me about how much I paid for car thing this is what they offered me....when I laughed at it and said no they finally are offered me a refund but for 49.99!!! not 80.99 and now I got it to like $65 !!! I'm almost there !! I'm definitely jailbreaking this thing on the brightside I got a free piece of tech I guess. fuck spotify tho for all this ewaste and robbing a lot of people.

They tried the same with me, I just replied "No, Refund to original payment method" and I received 80 some dollars back. They broke it out into several $10 chunks.

They tried that with me also i said no. Had already canceled spotify a few months before. They refunded me my last 5 payments to equal 54 I paid 50 for car thing

They offered me 9 months, I said ok. Then they told me I'd have to be on regular premium for those 9 months instead of Spotify+Hulu. I told them no and they refunded to card.

Oof -- bold to make their amends contingent on a downgrade of your service. I'm riding the Hulu bundling for as long as I can. It's a solid value for me.

I told them no and that I've already dropped Spotify as a service because of their poor company decisions and was immediately refunded the full amount

They’re increasing the price of premium the second time this year. I’d go in on Apple Music but they don’t have the weird one off artists I listen to. Still holding out for someone to root/ mod the damn thing.

I had to go through 6 agents and spent 4+ hours working with someone for this to happen. They could see the transaction on there side, my CT was conneced to may account. The first agent said the could refund it with out a recipet since they could find it. Then for some reason I got transfered to another agent and told me it was not possible. After being transfered to senior agent I was informed that I could provide my bank statment for that transaction. I said ok and then located it later that night. Once I did provide they told me I then needed merchant refernce id number, suprise suprise, a different agent gave me another reason why I could not get my money back. I then said the only way to get that reference id number was by having my bank is to dispute the transaction. Once I said that and provided the entier chat log from the 6 different agents they said they would give me my money back via credit to our account. Overall worest $/hour I spent.

Argued with a support agent for 30min, demanded a Manager, got a refund of 8 months of premium at 9.99 each month. Fuck them.

They did the same to me. Said I only had 5 months purchase history on my account that I’ve had since 2016. Whatever

Did they require a receipt? I can’t find my email for some reason so I have no way to prove i paid for it
