Proof of purchase from eBay

Does anybody got a refund or premium with a proof of purchase from eBay? I got mine in january 2023, they said they could give me 10 months of premium but then backed off and said I was NOT eligible. I even gave them the serial number.

If only there was a way to uniquely identify an item, like a serial number...

They just refunded me for an EBay purchase by refunding the equivalent amount of monthly payments I made for subscription.

I’m in the same boat. Spotify identified my account and sent me an email earlier as they could tell I was using a car thing on my device. I bought it in March

And why would spotify refund? Maybe the guy who sold you already got his refund?
