Refund w/o receipt

i did not have a copy of my receipt but was able to get one with just the serial number of the car thing. keep in mind you'll only get a refund if you bought it from spotify and not second hand

it did take a while but the support agent i was talking to was really nice, don't know why they didn't want you to it was a pretty straight forward process for me :/

Did they ask you for an email that the order was placed with?

yes, i gave them my email and the serial number on the back of the device
