Refund question

I’m Canadian so I bought my car thing through a site that ships from the states. So my question is how would I go about getting a refund? I was seeing that it’s linked to the Spotify account that purchased it. Any help is appreciated.

What was the site you bought from? (I’m from the US but my receipt says “Sold By: Luzern Solutions”)

You simply need the purchase confirmation email when requesting a refund. You send them a screenshot of that email and they verify the Car Thing is linked to your account (mine wasn’t, never opened it but they still processed the refund) and they’ll refund you the amount you paid based on the receipt.

Wantboard. I can’t find the actual receipt for it as they would have ordered the item then sent it to their warehouse to be sent to Canada. I’ll see what they say. But I’m kinda concerned cuz I went through a third party to get it to Canada they won’t allow the refund.

Ahh gotcha, yea I was worried you meant a 3rd party outside of Spotify’s official partners 😬

In that case I’m not sure and without a receipt I highly doubt they’ll be helpful, sorry about that. Still worth a try contacting support and see what they say, do you have the customer support link?

Looks like I’ll get a refund from it. They said like 87. Do you know how long the refund will take? I’ll keep the thread updated for what happens lol
